Easy Tai Chi for Health & Fun - December

Discover a sense of flow and relaxation when you join this class. You will learn a blend of simple Qigong techniques and symmetrical Tai Chi exercises that can be done while seated, in a stationary standing position, or combined with walking. This class promotes strength and relaxation through slow and controlled movement. It is based on classic Tai Chi Principles and is fun to learn! Based on a program developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD.
