The Town Landing and General Sullivan properties are located below the Oyster River (Mill Pond) dam and are within walking distance of the Town Hall. A foot bridge across the Oyster River provides access to the General Sullivan property. The Town Landing parking area is located at the end of Old Landing Road off Dover Road/Route 108.
